In person filing opens at 8:30 A.M. May 15th and closes at 5:00 P.M. May 19th. Filing fees can be paid by cash, check, or money order.

Online Candidate Filing opens at 9:00 A.M. on May 15th and closes at 4:00 P.M. on May 19th. Filing fees can be paid with a credit or debit card. Online candidate filing is available on our website at: https://voter.votewa.gov/candidatefiling/candidatelogin.aspx.

Mail In Filing Declarations may be accepted by mail beginning on May 1st. They will be processed during filing week. All mail in filings must be received in our office by 5 p.m. May 19th. Candidate Voters’ Pamphlet Statements
There will be an online voters’ guide and printed voters’ pamphlet available for the Primary and General Election (if a Primary is held). Statements and photos are due by May 26, 2023.
