Proposed Timeline: 

April 14 - 24 

  • Identify interview panel members 

  • Develop and confirm evaluation matrix and associated criteria for use during interviews

  • Draft and finalize interview questions; opportunity for input from interview panel members  

  • Determine format for community event/forum 

April 24 - April 26

  • Review of initial candidates 

  • If qualified candidates; then extend invitations for interviews

May 1 - 5 

  • Conduct first round of interviews

  • Community forum/event 

  • Opportunity for staff engagement/interaction with top candidates

May 6 - 19 

  •  As needed, rolling review of additional applicants and associated interviews

  • If no desirable candidates are identified then pivot to recruitment for interim candidates
