Northshore Clinic is offering free sports physicals for Columbia & Henkle student-athletes. Download a blank physical form here (English) (Spanish)
All athletes will need a valid physical examination and history paperwork submitted by the first day of practice. All other athletes will be sent home without participation.

First Practice Dates for High School Sports:
Football: August 17th, 2022 on the Main Field (7:30 AM & 2 PM Daily Doubles)
Co-ed Cross Country: August 22nd, 2022 on the Track
Girl's Soccer: August 22nd, 2022 on the Upper Fields (8 AM & 3:30 PM Daily Doubles)
Volleyball: August 22nd, in the Gym
First Practice Dates for Middle School: As early as August 29th, 2022 (To be determined by coaches and participation numbers)
