Families can get an online school check-in called Qualtrics by requesting an email from the school office. By signing up for this, parents are able to answer the required COVID questions prior to attending any school function. After receiving this email, you can request that you be notified by text each day. If you have not filled out the online COVID symptoms check before attending School, you need to bring the following entrance ticket with you.

• Do you have a fever ≥ 100.4 or have you taken medication to lower your fever?

• Do you have any COVID symptoms today based on the below list?

• Have you been asked to quarantine?

• Have you had someone in your home with confirmed COVID19?

• Have you been confirmed COVID positive?
